Elsewhere, a wintry cocktail of ice pellets, cold rain and some wet snow is possible from roughly I-80 north possible into mid-morning. Precipitation transitions to scattered periods of light rain which become less numerous in the afternoon and evening. Though blustery, damp and raw, afternoon temperatures are to average above the seasonal norm of 37-degrees for an eighth consecutive day. Wind shift west to southwest this morning and continue this afternoon and evening at 13 to 28 mph with gusts topping 30 mph. Early light rain or a few wet snowflakes gradually end.
